Regular Shipping Conditions
Goods (In stock) will be shipped the next business day (Mon to Fri) after receipt of your order (delays may occur in the event of South Australian public holidays). Dependent on your location delivery will be between 1-3 days (Metropolitan Areas) and 3 – 5 days (Regional Areas). While Ace Waterproofing Pty Ltd will make every effort to ensure delivery within the timeframe, factors such as public holidays and peak delivery times may not always allow this to be possible. We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your order to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.
All orders will carry a postal tracking number. You will be notified of your purchase tracking number via email and or sms as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, delivery times may vary due to changes in supply, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

Goods will be shipped via Northline or Couriers Please service in Australia. Ace Waterproofing Pty Ltd reserves the right to choose the most suitable shipping based on your product purchase and / or shipping location. For international shipping please contact our office via email to request a quotation: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note minimum order quantities may apply for international shipping.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your order to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation.
All risks and costs associated with providing an incorrect delivery address shall remain with the customer.

If you prefer not to use our online shopping system please do not hesitate to contact us by phone on 08 8132 1166 or email email@example.com and we will be happy to process your order and send you a sales invoice. Payment can then be made by electronic bank transfer, credit card or cheque payments. Please note goods will not be shipped until all payments have been received and cleared.
Returns & Replacements
Returns and exchanges apply to Australian sales only.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Should you change your mind, you are welcome to return goods for a refund within 7 days from receipt of goods or exchange within 14 days from receipt of goods. Goods and Labels must be unused, unopened and undamaged on their return. We will refund your purchase cost only (not shipping charges) via the original payment method. Returned goods will need to be shipped at your cost. Please note there are no returns / exchanges provided on clearance or end of run items.
Should you find a problem with your purchase, pending assessment, we will offer you a replacement, repair, or an exchange on the faulty product where:
- the product has either faulty workmanship or materials
- the product is, or becomes, faulty through no fault of yours
- the product has defects that were not obvious or not brought to your attention
Should you find a problem with your purchase, pending assessment, we will offer you a full refund, replacement, repair, or an exchange on the faulty product where:
- the product is not fit for the stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff
- the product does not match the description or sample
Goods must be returned within a reasonable time, with proof of purchase, and exhibit a problem that has not been caused by you.
